Rated the best glossy leaved hosta, Hosta 'Queen Josephine' (Plantain Lily) is a medium-sized perennial forming a vase-shaped mound of smooth, beautifully veined, glossy and dark green leaves with an irregular yellow-white margin. Lavender flowers appear just above the foliage in the summer. Grows up to 16 in.
