'Crinkle Cup' *
This hosta from Eunice Fisher starts out bright yellow and becomes green as the season progresses. It is extremely crinkled and puckered, wtih lavender blossoms, held at right angles by July. There are leafy bracts. It was first introduced in 1971. The plant is 24 x 12" with 20" scapes. The leaves are cupped. It is a 'Golden Anniversary' hybrid. The color transition is similar to that of Smith's 'Granary Gold'.
