Low-growing species with a tightly packed mound of heart-shaped green leaves. A mature mound might well be 32x12" with 15-23" scapes. The leaves are dull on top with a slightly shiny surface on the undersides. The margins are wavy and have no corrugation. Substance is unexceptional. Flowers are purple with a lighter throat and scapes are proportional to mound size.
