Used to be ‘Wally’s Bullfrog’. A very special hosta, ‘Bullfrog’ is a sport of ‘Krossa Regal’ that is coved by anyone who is fortunate enough to own it. Introduced by Wally Hoover of Loyal, Wisconsin, this very rare gem has a bluish border with a white center…and often a small blue area at the center of the leaf, as well. The plant is upright and the leaves are twisted. Grows well in full sun in Michigan gardens and does not burn or melt out. Hard to find, rare beauty!
